Penzion Papirna - Cheb

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay all the more enjoyable. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was fantastic - everything was clean and well-maintained, and the shower was simply amazing. Lastly, the location couldn't have been more perfect - right in the heart of the city centre, I was able to easily explore all that this charming place has to offer.

All in all, I couldn't fault a single thing about this hotel.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. Its location couldn't be better - just a stone's throw away from the city center, making it super easy to explore all the wonderful attractions Cheb has to offer. The rooms were nice and clean, and I particularly loved the cool atmosphere they had. The staff were polite and friendly, always ready to assist with any queries or needs I had during my stay. The breakfast was definitely a highlight - it was consistently varied and offered a wide range of options to suit all tastes.

It ticked all the boxes for us. The hotel facilities were great, including the clean and spacious rooms and the delicious breakfast choices. The location was perfect, as it was right in the center of the city and very close to the supermarket, making it effortless for us to explore this city. we were pleased with the parking and transportation opportunities provided by the hotel. Finally, the staff were very friendly and helpful, which added to our great experience.

This hotel is located in the heart of town, just a short walk from the central square. the rooms are modern, spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and nice furnishings. the staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is tasty and filling. there is ample parking available right outside.

One minor issue is that the instructions for check-in could be clearer, causing some guests to be initially confused.

Cosy, clean, and quiet room with cute receptionist. Convenient location near the city center. Lovely atmosphere with bare brick walls and complimentary mineral water.

Couldn't stay longer.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. the location was great, very close to the Christmas market and other attractions. the breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety.

The staff were not very friendly or helpful, and seemed irritated when we asked for recommendations on things to do during Christmas break. the heating system in the room did not work properly, so it was quite chilly during the night.

The parking space was ample and the location was perfect for walking around. The room was spacious and had all the essential amenities that we needed.

The check-in process was a bit confusing and we had to call a number to get someone to check us in. Additionally, there were no toiletries provided, which was a little inconvenient.
